WELCOME!
My name is David Hatch, and I'm the founder, MD, sole-operator,
helper-er behind Griffon Consulting Ltd. I started the company in
late 2019 because I wanted to work with start-ups, SMEs and their
managers to help make their businesses a success. And because,
honestly, I'd had enough of working for other people!
That help comes in many shapes and sizes, leadership is my great passion in business, so that's always around. And I am a Project Manager by training, so that often plays a part too. But ultimately it comes down to what the needs of you and your company are, and how I can best help you achieve your goals.
Long story short, if you own and/or work in a small to medium sized company, a new business or start-up, and you are looking for tailored support to help you solve a problem or skills gap, then you're in the right place.
Lastly, the company tagline is Delivering with integrity, and I live by that; so, if I can't help, or if something goes wrong, I will say so. And I will likely know someone else who can help you instead, so will happily make any introductions necessary to get you 'on the road' or 'off the ground' or whichever similar cliché you prefer.
