    • 1-day per month of 'PM time' (in addition to weekly call)
    • No minimum or maximum duration, cancel anytime

  • Project Manager

    Hands on Project Manager, acting as a member of your team
     
    • To the outside world, I will be a PM working in your team
    • Schedule, budget, task, risk and scope management
    • Communicating with all your stakeholders & building clarity
    • Monitoring and reporting on key project success measures
    • Up to 4-days working time per month
    • Scaleable to your project, no minimum or maximum duration
    • Cancel any time
